Al-Tahreer Association for Development (TAD) in Iraq intends to contract a service provider to analyze and develop its strategies and policies for the next four years, including training workshops.

Submission Guidelines
We invite qualified and interested service providers that meet the requirements stated in the TOR to submit their proposals via the association’s (tenders@altahreer.org) or through direct delivery to the association’s headquarters in Iraq, Mosul – Alshurta Qr.

All required documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope to ensure confidentiality.
